This is an 8 week group for people who have experienced sexual and other forms of interpersonal trauma and wish to deepen their healing work in a small group. The group will include conversation, reflection, the healing arts, mindfulness, and resource building. Join us for an opportunity to learn, share, create, practice, and continue to heal. Facilitated by Kelly Wilt, LAC of Kelly J. Wilt Integrative Counseling & Consulting, LLC.

Survivor listening circles

A space for survivors' stories--the struggles, triumphs, and all that sits in-between-- to honor the wisdom of each survivor and to learn what has been helpful and what has been a barrier in their healing process. These circles allow for survivors to hear from each other. They also provide insight to inform coordinated efforts to support survivors' healing in the future.

healing through building community and connection

We build and nurture our community through opportunities to connect virtually and in-person. Shared opportunities that support healing such as workshops, retreats, and collaborative projects foster meaningful connection and growth.

We are in the process of planning a retreat option connected with our upcoming listening circles. If you'd like more information, please contact us and we will share details as soon as they are available.

raising survivors' voices

We actively work to elevate the voices of survivors to end the silence associated with sexual violence. Through centering the voices of survivors in structured and organic ways, we create channels that enable survivors to lead and influence priorities.

Opportunities include:

  • Participation in listening circles

  • Survivor-led writing opportunities

  • Social media campaigns

  • Opportunities for activism and local, regional, and national levels

For how to get involved:

Building bridges to & with integrated healing practitioners

We share, explore, and elevate resources and services that support the holistic care and wellbeing of survivors. We recognize the impact of sexual violence on survivors' whole beings, and to that end, prioritize approaches to healing that support physical, emotional, psychological, sexual, and spiritual healing.

As we expand our work with holistic and integrated healing practitioners, community organizers, and changemakers, we offer collaborative opportunities to engage with our communities to learn about different modalities that support healing. We also anticipate opportunities to share expertise with practitioners to help strengthen their capacity to meet the needs of survivors.

Participation is free.
