Lauren Valenzuela was born and raised in Tucson, Arizona, where she currently lives with her husband, Hector, and their two dogs. Lauren owns a handcrafted jewelry business, Sigfús, and loves all things creative. She is a believer in creativity as intrinsic to each of us, and that through creativity we have the capacity to channel beautiful ways to cultivate healing and connection. Lauren is committed to building and supporting community and is known to throw a mean dinner party in the spirit of good conversation & food—connecting folks from all parts of our community with each other. She believes our differences make up our beauty and that we thrive when we are actively working to support each other. Hope is her anchor and joy is her strength, and she pursues both in all she does.

Favorite food: Since going to Greece last year, I have a new fondness for Mediterranean

A favorite place to travel to: Anywhere international! We subscribe to Scott’s Cheap Flights email list and will pretty much buy a ticket anywhere internationally when we find a good deal!
